SuccessFactors: Launch Feedback Form

Description: The randomization of peers list(anywhere from 3-15) and launching of 270 Feedback Form had to be automated. The client wanted the peers to be randomly selected and uploaded in the “Select Employee” upload section. Also, an enhancement was requested, where the bot will Route the Forms to second stage.

Responsibilities:

• Developed the Process Design Document after gathering business requirements
• Credentials were added to the vault, in accord with best practices
• Development Instance was provided for development and testing.
• Collaborated with SuccessFactors team to test and work out solutions.
• Automated processes using Xpaths due to complexity of SAP SuccessFactors UI
• Excel automation was achieved using Excel Basic Packages
• Performed UAT Testing and Bot Scheduling using the Automation Anywhere(A2019) and provided production support to monitor jobs
• Bot was also used to route the forms before logging out of the instance

SuccessFactors: Import Overall Rating

Description: A report generated in the SuccessFactors Report Centre had to be downloaded. The bot had to then perform calculations and upload the file to “Import Overall Score” page. The bot had to also zip the downloaded and processed file in the “Processed” folder.

Responsibilities:

• Developed the Process Design Document after gathering business requirements.l
• Credentials were added to the vault in accord with best practices
• Development Instance was provided to develop and test automation.
• Collaborated with SuccessFactors team to test and work out solutions.
• Automated processes using Xpaths due to complexity of SAP SuccessFactors UI
• Tested out the bot’s calculation and verified with Successfactors consultants for its accuracy before showcasing the process to the end user.
• File management was also included where the bot deletes files during initialization and then zips the processed and downloaded files into the “Processed” Folder.

Description: Tool details had to be updated as per details supplied in Smartsheet for Sole Supplier and Preferred Supplier

Responsibilities:

• Developed the Process Design Document after gathering business requirements
• Credentials were added to the assets for better security
• 7 processes in total were developed, each depending upon conditions provided in the Smartsheet
• A performer and Dispatcher approach using ReFramework was employed here as it was most suitable
• Data from Smartsheet was retrieved using API Calls, which was then fed into the Dispatcher which pushed it into queues.

Document Understanding: Purchase Order Processing

Description: Select Data from Supplier Chain Purchase Orders had to be extracted and added to their Oracle Database.

Responsibilities:

• AI Center was used to train the Purchase Order template
• A Flowchart process was used for this automation
• Data extracted from the Purchase Orders had to undergo another round of classification before it was added into the Oracle Database

Medicare/Medicaid Crossover

Description: Validation of Patient accounts and close/defer them based on a set of conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed the process design after gathering business requirements and going through the process recordings, and refined
• Bot had to access the server using Citrix Workspace and automate an application called Epic Matters which is a Health based application
• The UiPathRemoteRuntime had to be installed on the server where the application was present in order for the studio to generate Citrix native selectors.
• It had to process two main queues, which contained sub-queues as well.
• Orchestrator Queues couldn’t be used do in this process due to application structure which didn’t offer any functionality to search for specific accounts
• Closing of accounts are only permitted for those accounts where Medicare was primary, and Medicaid(MO) was secondary, and if Medicaid was outstanding and the balance was 75% of Payments outs. Everything else had to be deferred.
